Z is for Zest

keen enjoyment :  relish, gusto <has a zest for living> If you, or a loved one, is living with diabetes, do not give up, or give in. The disease is called diabetes, not die-bêtes!! Show this disease, who is in charge, you, not the disease. Be a victor, not a victim. Yes, this disease is aweful, and can wreck your body. But, put on your boxing gloves, and fight, fight, fight!! Show diabetes that you have a zest for living, not dying.
